Terms of Service
Effective date: 23 March 2026 · Merchant: Draxylonshul · Website: draxylonshul.world
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products such as BotaniCardia and related items from Draxylonshul (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy where applicable. If you disagree, do not use the website.

We sell to consumers and, where expressly indicated, to businesses. Consumer transactions benefit from mandatory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law.
2. Product nature and labelling
Products marketed through this site are food supplements unless otherwise stated. They are not medicines. Information on the site is informational and does not replace professional advice. Always read the label, warnings, and directions on the physical product before use. Images and descriptions on the website are illustrative; minor packaging changes may occur without notice.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to order. You warrant that information you provide is accurate. If we offer user accounts, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Orders and contract formation
Product presentation on the website is an invitation to treat. When you submit an order, you make an offer. We may confirm acceptance by email or by dispatching the product. We may decline orders in cases such as obvious pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
You will receive information about the main characteristics of the goods, total price including taxes and shipping where applicable, payment methods, delivery options, and complaint procedures before contract formation.
5. Price and currency
Prices are displayed in euros (€), consistent with Finland and our EU retail context. Unless stated otherwise, prices include value-added tax where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm payment. If a price error is clear and could reasonably have been recognised by you as mistaken, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
Where a higher reference or “was” price is shown next to a lower selling price, we use that comparison only where permitted under applicable law (including EU price-indication rules) and in a way that is not misleading.
6. Payment
Payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payment processing may be performed by licensed payment service providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers when payment is handled by a provider. You authorise us and our providers to charge the selected payment method for the amount due.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier operations and your address. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or to a carrier access point according to the carrier’s terms. If delivery fails due to your fault (e.g., incorrect address), additional costs may apply.
For cross-border sales within the EU, applicable consumer rules and delivery information will be provided at checkout.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to exceptions. Hygiene-related exceptions may apply to opened food supplements. Full details appear in our Return Policy.
9. Defective goods and legal guarantees
Consumers have statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods under Finnish law. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with photos and your order reference. We will remedy the situation according to law and our Return Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including strikes, transport disruptions, power failures, or regulatory actions.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, layout, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission, except for private browsing and lawful sharing of links.
12. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no malware, no interference with security, no automated scraping that harms performance, no impersonation of our staff or other users.
13. Third-party services
The site may integrate third-party tools (payments, maps, analytics). Their use is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Effective date applies. For ongoing orders, the Terms in force at the time of your order remain relevant unless a change is required by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute to another jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
16. Consumer information (EU)
We provide pre-contractual information required by consumer protection directives, including our identity, total price, payment and delivery arrangements, and complaint handling. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights. National consumer associations and the European Consumer Centre Network publish guidance on cross-border purchases.
17. Complaint handling
If you are dissatisfied with a product or our service, email us first with your order reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a few business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer to alternative dispute resolution bodies or courts as permitted by law.
18. Language
The English version of these Terms governs unless mandatory local law requires a Finnish-language consumer contract. If we provide translations, discrepancies are resolved in favour of the legally required consumer version where applicable.
